Erin made preparing the home for sale a very pleasant experience. She is upfront on what needs to be done, to prepare the house. Erin also keeps in contact with you on a weekly basis. She gave me information needed to make decisions on the sale of the house. She does not force her decisions or ideas, but let's you make the choice.
